Arizona Democrats office targeted in third shooting incident

A campaign office for Arizona Democrats was shot at over the weekend, marking the third such incident in recent weeks. According to the Tempe Police Department, the Democratic National Committee office in Tempe was hit by gunfire just after midnight on Sunday.

No one was present in the building at the time. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a Toyota Highlander, from 2008 to 2013, featuring a sunroof, roof rack, and five-spoke rims.

This shooting is the third time the building has been targeted, with all incidents occurring between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. Previous shootings took place on 23 September and 16 September.

Several Democratic Party campaigns share the office space, including those for Harris and Walz, as well as U.S. Senate and House campaigns. Authorities believe the weapons used may be BB guns or firearms. A $1,000 reward is available for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the suspects involved.
