The quiet seaside village of Camber in Sussex is experiencing issues with the so-called Phantom Pooper, who is reportedly defecating in public spots.

On Thursday morning, CCTV footage captured a man standing in a garage corner on what seems to be a residential street, holding toilet paper in one hand.

He then squats with his trousers down to relieve himself in full view of any passers-by.

Additional footage shows the man walking away from the scene, still holding his toilet paper.

‘This elusive individual leaves his mark and even comes prepared with his own toilet roll!

‘This enigmatic person keeps leaving unwanted deposits in a resident’s driveway.’
