The loved-up couple tied the knot earlier this year in a subdued, romantic ceremony attended only by close family members.
And now, The Sun reports, the 20-year-old Stranger Things star and her 22-year-old husband have flown to Italy to do it all again.
It was also reported that Millie and Jake got their party started early in London on Thursday, when they hired out Sheesh restaurant for a pre-wedding dinner.
A source told the publication: ‘Millie and Jake kicked off their wedding celebrations in style, hiring out a venue in Sheesh for a dinner with their family, including Millie’s parents, Kelly and Robert.
Meanwhile, a second source reported: ‘Millie and Jake have booked a big British singer to perform at the wedding.
“She was one of the biggest names in music this year and is a real favorite of theirs, so they are very happy that she is flying over especially for them.”

The insider added that this lavish off-location wedding will be “huge” as many friends and family members will be traveling abroad.

In July, it was reported that key guests, including Millie’s Stranger Things co-stars and close friends Mark Wright and his wife Michelle Keegan, had “already started booking flights” to the US for the “huge” second wedding.
The couple, who got engaged last spring, have reportedly been planning their second wedding anniversary for more than a year.
Millie was also spotted trying on wedding dresses at a chic bridal boutique, Galia Lahav, in New York City in July.
She appeared overcome with emotion as she looked at herself in the mirror, dressed in a strapless dress covered in thousands of glittering crystals.
When Millie looked at her reflection, she seemed to react emotionally and she placed her hair over her heart.
It is unknown whether she bought the dress herself or if it was just one of many dresses she tried on.
Speaking about organising her first special day, Millie previously said: ‘I’ve loved every second of it. It’s been an incredible journey.
‘Every time we have a new wedding gathering, Jake and I take a photo to capture the moment of the planning process. He enjoys it too.
“I haven’t had a stressful period yet, and I think that just shows how ready and excited we are to do it.”
