Taylor Swift’s iconic backup dancer Kameron Saunders took to Instagram on Sunday to address his recent fall on stage during her Wembley Eras Tour performance.

The St. Louis dancer slipped and fell during her Aug. 16 concert in front of 96,000 fans while performing her hit I Can Do It With A Broken Heart from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Kameron seemed to handle the situation with grace as he rushed to continue his routine, carrying a large, white, feathered fan.

Since then, he’s been describing fall on social media as “modest,” a nod to a popular TikTok trend that sees users show off their routines in a “modest” way.

When I shared the video of the fall, it started with a still image of him on the ground, accompanied by a voiceover saying, “You’re probably wondering how I got into this situation…”

The moment was then replayed in slow motion. The clip shows Kameron walking behind Taylor in a tuxedo, before quickly getting up to continue playing.

“See how I didn’t trip when I ate shit last night?… Very MINDFUL very subdued,” Kameron wrote.

The dancer, who served as a backup dancer for Lizzo before landing his Eras Tour gig, confirmed he was not injured in the crash.

He continued, “I saw all your kind of, ‘he’s such a professional. Jumped right back into the choreography’ comments.

‘I’m fine. Promise. Just a little ego check in front of 92,000 people! BUT this deserved a laugh. Enjoy! #Mindful.’

Fans were quick to respond to the cheerful video, including the Lover singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who liked the post.

The Kansas Chiefs player was not present at the show in London on Friday, but his support for Kameron was evident through his online interaction.

Kameron and Travis have another distant connection besides Taylor: the dancer is the brother of Travis’ former Kansas City Chiefs teammate Khalen Saunders.

Kameron is a big hit on the Eras Tour. He has his own solo performance during the song “Bejewelled” and is the only speaking line in Taylor’s entire show. During We Are Never Getting Back Together he says “like ever” in the local town’s vernacular.

During Taylor’s previous performance in London at Eras Toru in June, Travis joined Kameron and the pop sensation on stage.

Travis and Kameron took the stage for the interlude between Taylor’s performance of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” and “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” and “brought Taylor back to life.”

Travis wore an old-fashioned tuxedo with a white bow tie, tailcoat and top hat as he carried his pop star girlfriend in front of the sold-out crowd.

And after another memorable night, Kameron shared a post on Instagram saying he had the “time of his life being an absolute HAM” with Travis on stage.

“This was such a complete moment for me. I’ve been to countless Chiefs games over the years with my family to support my little brother,” he added.

“Three of the four years he was with the Chiefs we went to the Super Bowl and won twice… ABSOLUTE LEGACY!!! And now you and I share the biggest stage in the world with our boss…we’ve come full circle! The Saunders family loves you Trav! (Including our mom LMAO) thank you for your heart, kindness and craziness.”

Touched by Kameron’s public display of affection for him, the three-time Super Bowl champion called Kam and his brother Khalen, who used to play with Travis for the Chiefs but now plays for the New Orleans Saints, “my favorites.”

He added: ‘From winning the super bowls with Sir Bink @khalennotkaylen to the joy of bringing Tay back to life on stage with you the other night… and even hanging out with Mama Saunders cheering you on in Australia! More memories to come!’
