The ex-wife of former Premier League star Jason Cundy, 56, wore a red swimsuit with a plunging neckline and ruffles.
She paired the red swimsuit with a matching lace sarong and posed for a few photos in front of the sea.
Lizzie shared an update on her Instagram, writing: ‘Thanks Gareth… I needed a little getaway in the sun to get rid of the football blues.
‘The sun and the sea are always a good pick-me-up.’

In the end, however, it was Spain’s night as they scored their winning goal just minutes before the end of the match, resulting in a 2-1 victory.
Before the match, Lizzie showed her support for England by posing in a skimpy bikini on Friday.
The TV personality showed off her slim figure as she showed off her soccer skills by stopping a ball flying into the goal.
The blonde beauty covered her eyes with dark sunglasses and left her tousled locks loose.
Lizzie also added a striking red hat to her head and completed her look with a pair of white trainers.
