Ariana Grande is a supportive sister.
After Frankie Grande posted a selfie of himself with a bandage on his face and a bruise from a nose job, the 31-year-old commented under the Instagram photo.
Ariana wrote, “Perfect in every way, always!!!!” along with a teddy bear, bubbles and a seedling emoji.
“New nose. Who is this?” Frankie captioned the photo, which showed both eyelids dark purple from bruising.
Frankie wore a cast covering the bridge of his nose, with gauze stuffed under his nostrils. A white band of padding was also wrapped around his head.

In 2018, the Spree star credited the Grammy winner with helping him get sober: “Thank you, my incredible sister. Your strength is what gave me the courage to ask you for help.”
A few days later, the 41-year-old, who was still recovering from her nose job, shared a bunch of photos while in The Big Apple.
A photo shows Frankie making the peace gesture while sitting on a train with a skin-colored bandage on his nose.
The actor posed in another photo at the subway station and smiled in front of a poster of Deborah Cox in The Wiz in a third photo.
The carousel also featured fun photos of Frankie with his mom, Joan Grande, Deborah and friends backstage at the Broadway show.
The Big Brother alum wrote: ‘I took my new nose to see New York. She loved The Wiz.’
Deborah wrote in the comments: ‘I love you guys so much!! So much fun to see you all!!! Muah!!!’
However, a few days later, Frankie suffered a minor setback in his recovery after doctors removed his cast.
“It blew up like a balloon, which is apparently the intention, but I’m kind of panicking a little bit, but I’m still really excited,” the Broadway star shared on his Instagram Stories on Monday.
Frankie explained to viewers that he now has to ‘start the whole process of de-bloating all over again’, but that he ‘can’t wait’ no matter what.
“New nose. Who is this?” the 41-year-old wrote on his post-op selfie on Instagram

The singer added that he is “so excited for the big reveal.”
Meanwhile, Frankie’s surgery comes a month after he gave Ariana a sweet birthday wish on June 26.
“Haaaaaaaaaapppy BIRTHDAY to the most beautiful, amazing, talented, and most importantly KIND sister in the entire universe,” he raved. “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, love, and endless inspiration. I am beyond grateful to be your brother and to witness your journey, both as an artist and the beautiful soul that you are. But beyond that, I am just… so damn proud of you. You have done so much for me in our lives, and I could not be more grateful. You are my rock. My balance.”

And Frankie recently celebrated seven years of sobriety in June.
