According to information, Ugandans are calling Allan Toniks a pedophile after he said he would have sex with a minor.
Bushenyi district Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Mr. Atuhairwe Robert has been relieved of his duties over a relationship with a minor.
The secretary in the office of the president, Haji Kakande Yunus, in his letter dated October 15, 2024, ordered Mr. Atuhairwe to step out of office as investigations into the matter continue. READ MORE HERE
“I am therefore constrained to allow you to continue executing your duties as a Resident District Commissioner. For that matter, management has decided you step aside until investigations and disciplinary procedures are concluded in any case not later than six months from now,” he said.

RDC Mr. Robert Atuhaire’s stopped from working. Deputy RDC to act temporarily until new appointment.
He was in relationship with a S3 girl at Bweranyangi sss. Late last week, it was this girl’s birth day. The girl started bragging to her fellow student of how the RDC is a boy friend and will be the BD cake provider. They argued with her and went to the school boot and romantically called him with the students all around. The RDC responded likewise and shortly was at the school with his guards with the cake. A swam of students hugged him shouting Mura Mura and this caused commotion in the school.
Meanwhile the Bishop who is also chair to the school BOD was passing by the school to his home and noticed the commotion. He took up the case. The Bushenyi parents raised the concern to state house that it should not have been the representative of the president in the district to defile their children and demanded action.
