It’s unacceptable that with numerous women in Kampala, he’d prey on a vulnerable minor. Let’s unite to safeguard Uganda’s children. Under our constitution, engaging in such heinous acts is illegal and considered a capital offense.
As Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, I pledge to ensure Hanisha receives justice. I urge community leaders to join forces and protect our youth from these monsters. Our ministry will guarantee the rights and safety of the traumatized child, now that the perpetrator is in Kigo Prison.
