Nathalie Moar, the woman responsible for creating Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ image, has abruptly quit her job after he was arrested and jailed in connection with a federal sex trafficking case, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Moar, 55, was the embattled rapper’s chief communications officer for more than two decades, but her phone was disconnected and her email “deactivated” Wednesday morning, just months after she described Diddy’s work as “truly humbling.”

“Nathalie is gone,” the source said. “She is 100 percent gone. She quit today and had no other choice. She had to quit, what else was she going to do? This situation left her no other choice.

“Diddy was her whole world. She’s definitely going to be impeached for this, if she hasn’t already been impeached. Her cell phone has most likely been confiscated – who knows what’s on it.”

The Australian-born, who initially moved to New York City to pursue a career as a commercial photographer, was hand-picked by Combs, 54, to be part of his leadership team in the late 1990s and has been by his side as he built his $400 million empire.

Moar, 55, was the 54-year-old rapper’s communications director for more than two decades, but on Wednesday morning her phone was disconnected and her email was “no longer active.”

She was executive vice president of communications at Combs Enterprises, where she played a key role in shaping his image and portfolio of businesses, beginning with his fashion label, Sean John, in 1998.

She went on to launch Sean John’s Unforgivable and I Am King fragrances, Cîroc Vodka, the Bad Boy Reunion Tour, and the documentary Can’t Stop Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story. She also worked on his VOTE OR DIE and Diddy Runs the City campaigns.

Moar, CEO of Moar Magic, stood by Combs after his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against the music mogul in November, alleging that the singer was involved in sex trafficking and had abused her.

She was also on hand to deliver statements from Diddy’s attorneys after Homeland Security raided his properties in Miami and Los Angeles in March as part of the ongoing investigation into his alleged sex trafficking.

“Up until Cassie’s tape, a lot of people around Diddy were skeptical about the allegations,” the insider said. “But then people started dropping out left and right because they saw what a monster he was. He couldn’t hide it any longer.

“Nathalie stayed with him after that. It’s time for him to settle the score, and for everyone involved.”

The insider claimed that those who worked for the rapper had to call him “Mr. Combs,” adding, “Everyone looked at him like he was a God. There were always so many people around him.”

Moar, whose Instagram bio currently reads “ON VACATION,” spoke about her relationship with Diddy in a July 2023 interview with Making The Boss, in which she praised his “drive” and said she enjoyed being around his “energy.”

“I’m very much like him in his drive. He’s very driven,” she said. “If you want something bad enough, you have to fight for it. Nothing was put on his plate — given to him. He’s a hard-working individual. He’s dominated this industry for over 30 years. It didn’t happen because he sat around and did nothing.”

She continued, “He doesn’t take no for an answer and neither do I… I’m just like him. I’ll fight to the bitter end to get the things that we want – that I want for myself, personally… for what he would want for his businesses and his career… I like being in that energy.”

Moar, whose clients included Bon Jovi and Britney Spears, heaped praise on the businessman the following month, telling LA Confidential that the relationship between them was based on “trust.”

“Working with Mr. Combs for over two decades, we have come to know each other intuitively,” she said. “It’s a relationship built on trust and an understanding of his vision.”

She said working with Moar on “building his brand, public image and iconic campaigns” was one of the highlights of her career.

“It is truly moving to see the lasting impact his efforts have on culture and society,” she said.

Speaking to Forbes about their relationship in December 2022, she said the two are so in tune with each other that she “don’t even have to talk to him to know what he wants.”

“I know what he wants,” she said. “I know how he wants it. It makes it a lot easier. He doesn’t have to worry…”

The music mogul pleaded not guilty Tuesday to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, accusing him of soliciting female victims and male sex workers to engage in drugged, sometimes days-long sexual performances called “Freak Offs.”

The indictment against him also alleges that he coerced and abused women for years, using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line. It makes a passing reference to an assault on his former girlfriend, Ventura, that was captured on video.

His lawyers proposed releasing him on $50 million bail and placing him on home confinement with electronic monitoring, but U.S. District Judge Robyn Tarnofsky rejected the proposal.

“Mr. Combs is a fighter,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said after the trial. “He’s going to fight this to the end. He’s innocent.”

He said he would initially appeal the bail decision.

The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of hitting, punching, dragging, throwing objects and kicking women, and allegedly enlisting his personal assistants, security guards and housekeepers to help him cover it up.

“Not guilty,” Combs told the court, rising to speak after hearing the charges, his uncuffed hands folded in his lap.

Following his arrest, DailyMail.com reported that executives and record labels are making contingency plans in case damaging information comes out.

“There are at least five executives who have been advised to explore their options as they will not be protected by shareholders if allegations surface,” a source said on Tuesday.

The source noted that “labels are terrified because record companies often get dragged into lawsuits” and that “they protect themselves by encouraging potentially problematic executives to improve their practices.”
