Ava finished her stylish look with silver earrings and an angular silver bracelet, her small tattoos showing through her sleeve.
Reese and ex-husband Ryan Phillippe’s first child was joined at the Bulgari event by Naomi Campbell, among others.

In August, Ava and her family mourned the loss of their family dog, who passed away at the age of 14.
Oscar winner Reese, 48, who is rumored to be dating Oliver Haarmann, shared an adorable photo of the chocolate Labrador on her porch as she paid tribute to him.
She wrote: “We will miss your sweet spirit, Hank. Thank you for being the best family pet and the leader of the pack.”
Reese is also the mother of aspiring actor Deacon, 20, with whom she also has a family, father of three Ryan, 49.
