Pink has refuted claims that she deleted her tweets after Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ arrest. Diddy was arrested last week on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. Denied bail twice, he remains in custody with no trial date set.

Speculation arose that artists, including Usher and Pink, wiped their Twitter accounts to remove any posts that might link them to Diddy’s case. Usher dispelled these rumours earlier in the week, stating his account was hacked. Pink, addressing the issue on Instagram and Facebook, clarified that she cleared her Twitter on February 6, unrelated to Diddy’s arrest. She shared a screenshot of her final tweet from that date, reinforcing her statement.

Usher, who has collaborated with Diddy in the past, also faced rumours when most of his tweets vanished on September 22. The remaining tweets appeared to be cryptocurrency scams. Regaining control of his account, Usher tweeted, “Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it! See you tonight at Inuit Dome.”

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, criticised the prosecution, describing Diddy as a music icon, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Agnifilo stated that Diddy has been cooperative, relocating to New York in anticipation of the charges, and looks forward to clearing his name.

If convicted on all charges, Diddy could face up to 15 years in prison.
