    Lauren Goodger has revealed her plans to have a breast reduction, speaking openly on Tuesday about her intense battle with anxiety.

    The 37-year-old TOWIE star looked sensational on her Instagram Story in a plunging ivy and white crossbody swimsuit.

    Lauren confided to her followers that she has not undergone any surgeries or minor treatments due to her anxiety.

    Now the star has officially begun the steps to reduce her breasts, admitting that she knows it will be “healthier” for her not to have them anymore.

    She wrote: ‘I have suffered from a lot of anxiety because of things that have happened to me. It has meant that I have stopped drinking caffeine and alcohol, but it has also meant that I have not been able to go on holiday abroad or have surgery or other minor treatments. I have suffered from anxiety…

    “I even had panic attacks when I dyed my hair… I’m talking about something so traumatic that it really changes you and it affects my life tremendously!”

    ‘I hate lifts and trains and sometimes I can’t even drive on the motorway… But today I spoke to the amazing @simonsmithsurgeon as I want to take the step of having my breast implants removed…

    Lauren has always been open about the many improvements she has undergone since she underwent breast augmentation in 2013, increasing her bust size from 34D to 34E.

    Last year, Lauren also admitted that she had a Brazilian Bum Lift in 2017, but wanted to get rid of it.

    She’s also had some incredibly difficult years Her second daughter died minutes after birth, with her umbilical cord still around her neck in July 2022.

    The star, who is also mother to two-year-old Larose, has since spoken candidly about the heartbreaking loss, saying it was “the most traumatic experience of her life”.

    Last month she admitted that her network of support has dwindled over time and that she has never felt so lonely.

    Narrate OK!: ‘As time goes on, after what I went through when I lost Lorena, people think, “Oh, it’s been two years, she’s OK.” But it’s actually worse because you get lonelier. I’ve never been so lonely in my life.’

    Lauren says she has lost touch with close friends and explains that while her parents don’t see Larose as often as she would have liked, her older sister Nicola is the one who is always there to support her.

    He told the publication: ‘Nobody is stepping down, people have been DMing me on Instagram saying, ‘The exact same thing happened to me, once I had this loss. [losing a baby] “Everyone’s gone.” I don’t know what it does to people, but they take a step back, they don’t take a step forward.

    She also said she is getting help from her ex and father of both daughters, Charles Drury, 27, with whom she co-parents, but he lives a three-and-a-half hour drive from her home in Essex.

    Say: ‘He is not available in case of emergency. I meet him twice a week [to pick Larose up and drop her off] halfway’.
