Jennifer Garner enjoyed some special time with her middle child Fin when they were spotted together on Labor Day.
Jennifer, 52, enjoyed a cuddle with Fin, 15, after they got out of an SUV and headed to the actress’s home in Los Angeles’s posh Brentwood neighborhood.
They were both dressed casually, with Jennifer preferring a sporty look, but Fin surprisingly walked barefoot on the asphalt.
The family gathering came after a new report emerged claiming that Jennifer’s ex-husband – and Finn’s father – Ben Affleck is “happy” following his public split from his second wife, Jennifer Lopez.
A source told People that things were “going well” for the 52-year-old actor and filmmaker after moving into a new home following the split.

Jennifer looked cozy on Monday in a blue zip-up hoodie, which she paired with a black T-shirt, matching leggings, and black-and-gray Brooks sneakers.
Fin opted for a more airy outfit with a gray, graphic sweater which she paired with beige, linen pants.
The high school student wore his brown hair in a short, spiky cut and opted not to wear shoes or socks at all.
Jennifer and Fin were both beaming from ear to ear as the Deadpool & Wolverine actress gave their child a hug before walking inside.
It wasn’t until April of this year that Fin revealed their new name at a memorial ceremony for their maternal grandfather, William Jack Garner, who passed away earlier that month at the age of 85.
During the ceremony, which was streamed live on Facebook, the famous child began reading from the Bible with the introduction: “Hello, my name is Fin Affleck.”
They began by reading chapter 16, verse eight of the book of Proverbs: “Better is a little with righteousness than much revenue with injustice.”
In the months before, Fin had been nearly inseparable from Emme, his stepmother Jennifer Lopez’s child.

Emme kept the same name, but their mother began addressing them with the pronouns “they” and “them,” starting with an introduction during a performance in Los Angeles in 2022.
Jennifer, who looked like she was ready for a run during an outing with Fin on Monday, has always had a slim figure.
Lately, however, she’s been flaunting a particularly athletic look after revealing her grueling workout regimen for her cameo in Deadpool & Wolverine.
The actress, who kept it a secret that she was reprising her role as Marvel superhero Elektra until the new superhero film’s premiere, developed a routine that includes boxing classes three times a week, along with regular rides on the Peloton exercise bike and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
In an Instagram post featuring snippets of her workouts, she admitted, “Other than trying to convince my kids’ preschool friends that I was secretly a ninja, I hadn’t picked up an Elektra sais since 2004.”
Jennifer and Fin weren’t the only family members looking cheerful on Monday.
Jennifer’s ex Ben Affleck, who is a devoted co-parent to Fin and their other two children – Violet, 18, and Samuel, 12 – is said to be “happy” despite his recently admitted split from his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez.

Ben seemed optimistic after breaking up with the couple and moving into a rental home near Garner in Brentwood, which made the weekly handover of the children go smoothly.
“He’s where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighborhood he loves,” a source told People. “He also enjoys working and is very focused on the positives.”
Last month, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck, but she confirmed that they had already split months earlier, giving April 26 of this year as the date of the separation.
Her exes are now in the process of selling their marital home. Moving vans have been seen outside the home after reports that Jennifer “doesn’t feel comfortable living there anymore.”
