Dundee midfielder Mo Sylla is ‘responsive’ in hospital after collapsing at half-time during a Scottish Premier League match.

The French midfielder was in the starting line-up when the Dees faced Aberdeen at Dens Park on Saturday.

With the hosts trailing 2–1 at half-time, Sylla fell ill in the dressing room and collapsed. She had to be treated by medical staff before being taken to hospital.

The restart was postponed after the incident and Josh Mulligan replaced the 30-year-old for the second half.

After the match, Dundee boss Tony Docherty gave an update on his player’s condition.
