Nicki Minaj wins retraction lawsuit over gossip blogger who claimed she was a ‘CRACKHEAD’

Nicki Minaj can boast that she stopped a gossip blogger known as Nosey Heaux (real name: Marley Green) from spreading rumors about her.

The blogger accused the 41-year-old Barbie World singer of being a “crackhead” in 2022.

According to TMZNicki sued Green two years ago after she posted a video in which she said the Bang Bang singer “pushed all that cocaine into her.”

As part of the settlement, Green must admit that she lied about Nicki being a cocaine user and that she had no evidence to support her false claims.

Nosey Heaux is also banned from talking about Nicki — who recently canceled a performance in Romania over “security concerns” — and cocaine.

She is also no longer allowed to retweet or share messages or comments stating that the Anaconda singer is doing something illegal or unethical.

If Green violates the terms of the settlement, she must pay Nicki $50,000 for each violation.

The statement that Minaj rightly took offense to was found in a video that Green uploaded to Nosey Heaux.

‘Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. F***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true.

“I’m not saying it’s so-called. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead,” Green said at the time.

In the same video, Green dug her claws even deeper into Minaj’s body, attacking her three-year-old son, whom she shares with husband Kenneth Petty, a convicted rapist.

“Your baby will be a rapist too,” she claimed brazenly.

Green is also prohibited from ever saying anything about Nicki’s son. If she violates that order, she also faces a $50,000 fine per violation.

Earlier this summer, the rapper called into question the state of her marriage to her childhood sweetheart, Petty, when she posted on X (formerly Twitter) saying, “yes, single.”

The cryptic post left fans wondering if there were problems in her relationship or if she was referring to a new song.

“Are we getting a new single or are you single,” one fan asked, while another shared, “We love you no matter what, doesn’t matter if you’re single or you release a new single.”

Yet another congratulated Nicki on her self-promotional tactics, posting: ‘Dear rap girls, this is how you pull off a PR stunt. Two words and she ate it.’
