Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl dodged a question about Taylor Swift in Los Angeles on Thursday after recently accusing the pop star of lip-synching.

A month after suggesting during one of his London shows that the Cruel Summer singer won’t be singing live on her Eras Tour, the 55-year-old Foo Fighters frontman decided to keep quiet when a paparazzo asked him about his comments as he walked to his car in Los Angeles.

When asked directly what he thought about online reports that his “statements about Taylor not playing live were not fair,” the musician kept quiet.

He also chose not to respond to a question about “why” he thinks she doesn’t sing live, despite the 14-time Grammy winner’s insistence that she doesn’t lip-sync.

In the images obtained by TMZGrohl, smoking a cigarette, looked at him wide-eyed when asked to “clarify” his earlier comments.

In June, the music legend criticized Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour by suggesting she wouldn’t sing live.

During one of his concerts he told the audience: ‘We like to call our tour “The Errors Tour” because I feel like we’ve had more than a few eras and more than a few f**king errors.’

He joked, “That’s because we’re playing live.”

As some concertgoers booed, he shot back: “What? I’m just saying. You guys like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, right? You’re in the right f**king place.”

Just before making the accusation, Grohl admitted that he had “joked about Taylor Swift’s tour before” and that he “didn’t want to face Taylor Swift’s wrath.”

The day after his comment, Swift apparently responded to his claim by thanking her band and crew for their tireless efforts to make the Eras Tour special for fans.

Swift asked her fans to cheer on all the members of her band and crew, telling them to please “live for 3.5 hours for you” at every show.

“They deserve this so much,” she cheered. “And so do all my fellow artists. And you gave us this so generously, we will never forget it.”

Grohl and Swift had a good relationship before. Grohl praised Swift’s decision to re-record her albums and regain possession of her previous albums.

He also once recounted how he was “saved” by Swift after she helped him perform at Sir Paul McCartney’s party.

One wrote: ‘Oh Tayvoodoo is coming for him and he deserves it. Can’t stand a woman being more talented and successful.’

“Wow, Grohl is so drunk he has to use Taylor’s name for free PR? Embarrassing, I thought he was better than that, what a shame,” another user said.

Some fans suggested that Grohl’s attack was partly fueled by the abuse his daughter faced from the Swifties — Taylor Swift’s fans.

Violet Grohl criticized Swift for flying between concert venues in a private jet.
