    The house is built in a secluded location with no direct neighbours and is known in the area for its beautiful location overlooking the famous Palm Beach peninsula.

    Designed with a thoughtful open floor plan that takes full advantage of its beachfront location, the home features spacious living areas and multiple entertaining spaces, hardwood floors, and two cozy fireplaces.

    According to AFR, Perham, head of personal banking at Macquarie Bank, was the driving force behind the company’s entry into mortgage lending.

    Riedl is an experienced filmmaker known for directing top commercials for brands such as Advil and Blacmores.

    She has also directed documentaries and recently made the acclaimed short film The Suitor starring Sacha Horler.
