Rhode Island police officer Shane Lynch was enjoying the concert in the sandbox at Gillette Stadium on Saturday night when he reportedly went to the restroom around 9:15 p.m.

The woman, who had purchased the new boots especially for the Chesney concert, was also standing in the sandbox when she “felt something wet squirt down her leg,” the arrest report said.

Then she looked down and was shocked to see Shane “peeing on her shoes.”

“Did you just pee on my leg?” the shocked victim asked Lynch.

“I did that?” Lynch reportedly replied, according to the news outlet.

The off-duty officer, who worked for the Cranston Police Department, then walked into the crowd of concertgoers until police caught up to him when the victim pointed him out.

Lynch appeared “extremely intoxicated” and was arrested by Foxborough police.

The drunken country fan had “his zipper open and his shorts appeared to be wet,” according to a arrest report.

He continued to behave rudely and “grabbed his pussy and urinated again” while one of the officers was speaking to him.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and destruction of property.

Stadium security also gave him a restraining order, the news outlet reported.
