    An angry Spirit Airlines gate agent was caught in a massive tantrum as she attacked passengers waiting to board.

    The bizarre incident took place at Hollywood Burbank Airport in California, after an earlier flight was delayed eight hours.

    The clip, recorded by a passenger who was nearby, showed a huge group of passengers gathered around a gate as overwhelmed Spirit employees panicked as they tried to board the plane.

    The strange moment begins when the female officer with glasses, dressed all in black and wearing a bright yellow vest, shouts at the crowd.

    “Can I have everyone’s attention now?” she screams at the beginning of her tirade.

    A passenger responds, “Go ahead, girl!”

    The employee then yells, “Right now!” while clenching her fists and frowning.

    She asks, “Okay! Now, do you all want to come on this flight or not?”

    A passenger says, “Yes, girl!”

    The angry worker says, ‘Okay! So, everybody shut up and we’re going to say this one time and we’re only going to say it one more time because we’re frustrated as hell!’

    The group of frustrated passengers listen to the officer while some of them laugh and others look confused. Some start shouting ‘woo!’ at the employee.

    A second gate agent, wearing a long braided ponytail, glasses and a bright orange vest, tried to remain calm, but soon joined her colleague in her outrageous antics.

    She grabs the radio and screams, “Please be quiet so I can think about what’s going on!”

    ‘I don’t even know what plane is here because everyone is shouting numbers.

    “I don’t know what I have. I’ll be honest. I don’t know what kind of plane is over there. I don’t know what’s going on.

    She adds, “You won’t give me a minute. Please give me a minute. Please!”

    A passenger with blond hair, wearing a white T-shirt, responds, “Keep it up, girl. Take your time.” The group then begins to applaud as the video ends.

    Kevin Eis, who was on another plane to Las Vegas when he captured the absurd incident, was in shock.

    ‘Oh my God, this was the most chaotic thing that has ever happened to me at an airport.

    “I hope these people learn their lesson,” Eis said Within edition.

    A spokesperson told DailyMail.com The officers involved in the chaotic incident have since been suspended.

    “We are aware of the video and the two officers involved are no longer working with Spirit following the conclusion of our supplier’s internal investigation into the matter.

    “We apologize to our guests for this experience, which does not reflect Spirit’s high standards of guest service.”

    It’s not the first time the budget airline has found itself in a heated situation: on May 28, four Spirit employees beat up a customer.

    Wild footage from Baltimore Airport around 4:15 p.m. that day showed a traveler getting angry at one of the check-in agents and looking like picking a fight.
