    Kim scores 17!

Should we start the day with a sugar rush? Come on then! It’s Kim Si-woo on the 238-yard 17th. He’s a +7 so we wouldn’t normally go straight to the 29-year-old Korean… except he gently sends a long iron into the green. He lands front edge, takes a few hops and then calmly rolls into the cup! For a second he looks around as if he can’t believe what’s just happened, before a big smile spreads across his face, high-fives his caddie and mimics the soft left-to-right flight of his ball with his arm! That’s the longest hole-in-one in Open history and the first on the 17th at Troon since detailed records began with the R&A in 1981.
