Ben Affleck still wore his wedding ring as he stepped out for lunch in LA on Friday after spending the Fourth of July away from rumors about his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez.
The 51-year-old actor, who has reportedly been separated from 54-year-old J-Lo for months, looked tense as he stepped out – while flashing his wedding ring.
The star wore a white T-shirt, plaid shirt, jeans and sneakers, a day after Lopez was spotted looking somber in the Hamptons.
Ben looked thoughtful as he chatted with a friend after celebrating the holiday with his children.
Lopez couldn’t keep a smile on her face during her East Coast vacation with manager Benny Medina.

Lopez landed in New York City on Monday after a shocking report emerged that her marriage to Affleck had been “over for months.”
The insider also said Page Six that the couple, who have not been photographed together in a month, ‘have been broken up since March.’
The couple, who have not been photographed together in almost a month, have been at the center of separation rumors for months and are said to be “on the verge of divorce.”
But despite their marital troubles, the source added that Affleck is “very protective of Jennifer.”
On Monday, it was reported that the couple is selling artwork from their $60 million mansion in Bel-Air, California. The home was listed for sale last month for $65 million.
And now it appears some of the expensive items in the white, blocky, two-storey, 12-bedroom building known as the ‘Wallingford Estate’ are also being set aside.
Page Six claimed that items such as paintings and “other items” were sold to collectors in early June.
The lovebirds haven’t been seen in public together since June 2, when they awkwardly kissed each other on the cheek during his son Samuel’s basketball game in Los Angeles.

This comes just days after People reported that Affleck had moved the last few belongings out of the home while Jennifer was on vacation in Italy last month.
The stars no longer live together; she lives in their $60 million mansion in Bel Air, California, while he stays in his $100,000-a-month rental house near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Affleck and Garner have three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
“Ben still lives in the rental house in Brentwood,” a source told the site.
Affleck is continuing to live his life despite persistent rumors that he plans to divorce his wife of only two years.
“He’s been there for about two months now,” another source added.
“He seems fine. He’s in the office every day and seems focused on his work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”
Jennifer, on the other hand, seems to be trying to have some fun this summer, as she was spotted in Paris and later in Italy with close friends.
The two apparently still keep in touch. They have business ties: Lopez is set to star in two upcoming films for Affleck and Matt Damon’s production company. Those films are Unstoppable and Kiss Of The Spider Woman.

As rumors swirl about the status of the couple’s marriage, an industry insider claims the pop star has lost her mind and doesn’t think she can do more to save the relationship.
‘Jenny has had enough and she has really tried but she can’t do it anymore. It’s not getting better, it’s worse,’ a music industry source told DailyMail.com.
The insider adds that the main reason JLo left her husband was because he was always “grumpy and negative,” just like Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street.
Jennifer is sad about the end of her marriage, but “is trying to make the best of it by exercising, spending time with her twins Max and Emme and making new plans for 2025,” the two said.
One of those new plans is to resume her This Is Me… Live tour in the summer of 2025, when she turns 56. She canceled the 2024 tour, which was set to begin in July, to “regroup.”
“She’s excited to be on tour next year when her personal life is more settled and she can connect with her fans. She’s going to bring her tribe and make the most of it,” the source said.
Lopez also says she’s “shocked” by the bad press she’s getting, and she doesn’t think it’s fair.
“If people could see what she really went through, they would be more gentle with her,” the source said.
“Ben is a great guy, but he can be moody and downer. I think the world saw that in pictures like when they were at the Grammys last year; he wouldn’t smile. If they saw it for real, they wouldn’t attack her,” Jennifer’s friend said.
“He chain-smokes and curses and seems irritated a lot. Great director and actor, but not much to laugh about, you know?” the source said. “He’s a great dad, though.”
Lopez plans to push through.
“She’s really not used to this kind of bad feedback, but she’ll get over it. She’ll move on,” the buddy said.

As for how Jennifer and Ben interact these days, the insider said they’re “friendly” with each other.
