Sandra Bullock was spotted Saturday at a dermatologist’s appointment in Beverly Hills, three months after visiting a plastic surgeon with her girlfriend Jennifer Aniston.
The 59-year-old Bird Box actress looked effortlessly chic for the rare outing in an all-white outfit consisting of a simple T-shirt, cardigan and matching pants.
Looking fresh and youthful, the star flashed her mega-sized smile and carried her luxe Loewe bag as she carried goodie bags to her car.
She completed her summery look with furry sandals and dark sunglasses.
The Oscar winner’s trip to a Los Angeles dermatologist comes after she and Aniston, along with Jason Bateman,‘s wife Amanda Anka, were spotted leaving The Retreat At Split Rock in Connecticut in March.

Since this sighting, interest in Sandra’s appearance has revived over the years.
When Sandra appeared at the Oscars in 2018, her fuller cheeks led to many accusations that she had undergone cosmetic surgery prior to the event.
She quickly dismissed these accusations in an interview with In style at the time.
‘The last Oscars I was sick and had allergies, but I thought, ‘I’m just going to go. It’s part of my job and I’m happy to be there.’ The next day they were like, ‘Oh, she has cheek fillers and implants.’
‘When I saw the pictures and how swollen I was, I understood. But I thought, “Well, if I get injections, I’m only getting them on top,” which wasn’t so good.

According to celebrity facialist Rosie Osborne, Jennifer has likely used radiofrequency treatments and Botox to make her skin look smooth and refreshed.
She said: ‘Jennifer looks amazing. I can guarantee she has had some “tweaks” to enhance her features, along with non-invasive facial treatments.
‘I believe facial contouring was done to refresh the skin under the eyes, using hyaluronic acid gel (filler), and also Botox on the frown muscles to subtly lift the eyebrows.’
Rosie added: ‘I would say Jen gets her Hollywood glow by combining technologies like radio frequency and micro-needling to lift, tighten and refine skin texture. And of course, a healthy diet and lifestyle go hand in hand with good skin.’
