Ronda Rousey has announced that she is pregnant with her second child.
The former UFC champion and WWE wrestler already has a two-year-old daughter, La’akea Makalapuaokalanipo, with her husband Travis Browne.
But she announced at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday that the couple is expecting their second child together.
Rousey made the announcement during a panel with WWE legend and actor Dave ‘Batista’ Bautista, sending fans into a frenzy.
The judoka was at the conference to promote her debut graphic novel ‘Expect the Unexpected’, which will be launched on Thursday via a Kickstarter campaign.

“It’s a cross between Knocked Up and John Wick, and it’s also a romantic comedy,” Rousey said of the project in a featurette, possibly hinting at her pregnancy.
“The main character is a super nerd, a hitman, who also happens to be a hopeless romantic,” she described. “Unfortunately, she’s about to kill everyone she sees. So she just has a hard time connecting with anyone.”
After collecting armbars on her way to MMA stardom, the UFC’s first female champion piled up six title defenses in her incredible title run. On top of her 6-0 professional record before joining the promotion, Rousey has amassed an impressive 12-fight streak inside the cage.
Her first loss came against Holly Holm by knockout and she tried to make a comeback, but was stopped by Amanda Nunes, after which she retired from MMA.

In addition to La’akea and their second child, Rousey also plays the stepmother to two of Browne’s sons from his previous marriage.
