The 60-year-old American actor went topless as he jumped off a boat to celebrate July 4.
The West Wing star wore a blue and white patterned swim trunks and wore a silver chain around his neck.
Rob was joined by his two sons Matt, 31, and John, 29, and they enjoyed some lovely father-son time together.
Later, the couple went fishing. They were joined by a group of friends who were on Matt’s boat, The Bigger Jigger.

Rob beamed from ear to ear as he later relaxed in the boat with his friends, dressed in a light blue shirt.
Rob has two sons and is married to his wife Sheryl Berkoff, a makeup artist. He married her in 1991.
The star joined a host of celebrities celebrating Independence Day, including Mark Wahlberg, Reese Witherspoon and Katy Perry.
Mark was photographed with his family in a group photo and wrote in his caption, “Wishing my fellow Americans a happy and safe 4th of July!! .”
Reese Witherspoon looked stunning as she celebrated Independence Day with a game of pickleball with her cousin Draper.
The 48-year-old Legally Blonde star showed off her toned abs in a black and white checkered tennis ensemble.
Meanwhile, Katy Perry showed off her stunning figure in a patriotic bikini, with the American flag on her chest, as she celebrated Independence Day.

Independence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the Declaration of Independence.
It was ratified by the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, establishing the United States of America.
The Founding Fathers’ delegates to the Second Continental Congress declared that the Thirteen Colonies were no longer subject to the British monarch, King George III.
They were now united, free and independent states.
Congress voted for independence on July 2 by passing the Lee Resolution and two days later, on July 4, adopted the Declaration of Independence.
Earlier this year, Rob celebrated his 60th birthday with a star-studded party in Santa Barbara, dressed in a sleek black pinstripe suit.
The producer/host of The Floor, who reached the milestone on March 17, hired a live band to entertain the crowd until 1:30 a.m.
