Mauricio Umansky was spotted passionately kissing a mystery blonde woman in Greece this week, a year after he split from his estranged wife Kyle Richards.
Property tycoon Umansky, 54, whose reality star ex, 55, has denied rumours of a lesbian romance with singer Morgan Wade, 29, looked happier than ever as he was greeted by a glamorous companion at Mykonos airport.
The couple wrapped their arms around each other and exchanged a warm kiss, before embracing with smiles.
The woman appears to be at least 20 years younger than Umansky, but her identity is currently unknown.
Umansky had previously sparked rumors of a relationship with his DWTS pro partner Emma Slater, 35, but this is the first time he’s been spotted in real life with a new woman.

She debunked a blind article that claimed she and Morgan were planning to go public with their relationship on a magazine cover.
During a Amazon Live SessionKyle said, “That’s not true. That blind item isn’t about me,” and added, “It has to be about someone else! So I’m wondering who it is. Now you’ve got me curious.”
The blind item hinted at a younger country singer planning to reveal her romance with an older woman on the cover of a prestigious magazine, a speculation that many have linked to the reality star.

The email it was sent in read “[email protected],” leading many fans to link it to Kyle and Morgan.
The couple’s friendship has been in the news since Kyle announced she was divorcing her husband Umansky after 27 years of marriage.
Rumors of Kyle and Morgan’s romance reached a fever pitch in August after Kyle appeared with Morgan in the music video for her single Fall In Love With Me. The video featured the two women looking smitten and climaxing with a passionate kiss.
Last month Kyle shared Page Six that Morgan had deleted most of her posts in preparation for promoting the music she was about to release.
“It’s a normal thing for artists to do,” Kyle said. “It didn’t mean anything.”

“I find it hard to even believe that we are, so I can understand it. But we are lucky in a way, we don’t fight and we can have a peaceful environment in our home and give each other that space.”
