The 41-year-old star was married to Tarek, 42, from 2009 to 2016 and they starred together for 10 seasons on the hit HGTV series Flip or Flop.
Now that Christina and Josh Hall, 41, have split, Tarek and his new wife will be there for her, whatever she needs.
Tarek told E-news: ‘S*** happens. We only get one shot at life and we have to do what’s best for us, so whatever she needs, we’re here to help.’
Christina, Tarek and Heather all star in the new series The Flip Off. However, Josh has been cut from the spin-off.
The pledge comes after Tarek faced criticism on his Instagram Stories after he posted a photo of a sign that read “Bittersweet Lane” on Monday, July 22.

“This has nothing to do with Christina,” the Flipping 101 star explained with Tarek El Moussa.
‘I was walking and looking at some nice houses. I liked the street name and wanted to share it with you.’
Exactly one week earlier, it was announced that Christina and Josh had separated after almost three years of marriage.
Heather, 36, who is best known for her role in the Netflix hit Selling Sunset, will join Tarek and Heather in a new competition version of their old HGTV show Flip or Flop, called The Flip Off. She stressed that her co-star will “get through” the tough times and joked that they might even turn on Tarek.
She said: ‘The show may be us against her right now. But we support her and she will get through this. We love working together. [Tarek] although!’
Documents seen by E! News earlier this month confirm that Christina and Josh have decided to go their separate ways.
The documents also show that Josh is “seeking child support from Christina and wants the court to deny her the ability to collect child support from him.”
He also tries to ‘divide’ what was theirs before they got married.
Christina, who has daughter Taylor, 13, and son Braydon, 8, with Tarek and four-year-old son Hudson with second husband Ant Antstead, has yet to publicly comment on the split, but she recently made it clear that she and Josh have no plans to expand their brood.

Documents seen by E! News earlier this month confirmed that Christina and Josh — who tied the knot in 2022 — had decided to split, as seen in 2017
One Instagram user commented under a series of professional black-and-white photos of the family: “Is that baby #4 peeking out there?”
Christina replied sarcastically, “No. That’s called ‘not holding in my stomach after having three kids.’
Another user wrote: ‘I hope 2024 brings baby #4.’
And her husband replied, ‘No shot. Three is more than enough for us. Maybe one more puppy!’
