Britney Spears was spotted with her ex-boyfriend, felon Paul Richard Soliz, during a getaway to Soho House in Malibu.
The 42-year-old star and her criminal apparently enjoyed a meal together at the celebrity hotspot on Tuesday.
Their appearance comes just weeks after the pop star declared on her Instagram Stories that she was “single as hell.”
Before her shocking confession, Britney had been in a relationship with the criminal for several months.
In May, Ny Breaking.com exclusively revealed that Paul is the father of at least nine children and that their mother and Los Angeles Child Protective Services were asking him for child support.

Britney looked casual in a purple and white top with white denim shorts, accessorized with a straw hat and flip-flops.
Paul opted for a loose white T-shirt with a blue and white checked shirt over it, combined with jeans and sneakers.
In early July, Britney hinted in a very candid post that she had split from Paul. She said she was single.
The Oops! I Did it Again… singer posted a message on Instagram calling herself “single as f***.”
She shared a quote from Instagram user @therandomvibez: “Her attitude is cruel but her heart is gold.”
But even more interesting was the caption she shared with her followers on Instagram, but then deleted.
It said: ‘Single as f***!!! I will never be with another man again as long as I live!!!’
The post came at an interesting time, as she has been in a relationship with Paul for the past few months.
He was initially linked to the Hit Me Baby singer as a cleaner and handyman on her team, but reportedly later became her lover.
She had previously accused Soliz of collaborating with the paparazzi in an Instagram Story.

In May, DailyMail.com revealed that Soliz is already the father of at least nine children – and that their mother and the Los Angeles Department for Child Support Services (DCSS) are asking them for child support.
Nicole Mancilla, 36, told DailyMail.com that Soliz cheated on her with Britney and failed to pay the bills for his five children with her and his other children with other women. Yet he still tries to visit her at her mother’s house in Sylmar, California.
“Just let them know that my husband fell into Britney Spears’ pussy. He was married, and now he’s in denial about his children,” Mancilla said. “He’s neglecting his children for her.”
DailyMail.com could not find any court documents confirming that Soliz and Mancilla were married.
The bombshell came just days after Spears broke her silence on the claim that she had sprained her ankle following an alleged altercation with her criminal boyfriend at the Chateau Marmont and even announced that she was moving to Boston.

The singer posted a lengthy statement on Instagram on Thursday, May 2, making some explosive claims, including that the emergency workers arrived at her room at the legendary Sunset Boulevard hotel “illegally.”
She wrote: ‘I want to let people know the news is fake!!!’
I would like to have respect for people who understand that I am getting stronger every day!!! The truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie? [laughing while crying emoji]??? Goddesses out there, I am reaching my higher power and I hope you do too!!!

The star concluded her statement by explaining why she felt compelled to explain herself when announcing the new major American city she would be moving to.
Britney continued, “I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m a bitch… s***!!! I also sprained my ankle last night and the paramedics were illegally at my door.
‘They never came into my room but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston!!! Peace [peace hand sign emoji]’
A source close to Britney told DailyMail.com at the time: ‘She was in Hollywood celebrating the finalisation of her divorce. She twisted her ankle at the hotel and someone from the hotel called an ambulance to make sure they wouldn’t be held liable for the injuries she sustained.’
The source added: “When the ambulance comes, the police come. She was resting when they arrived, hence the blanket and pillow. They checked her over and left after determining it was nothing serious. Of course, she was upset by this. And no, she is not moving to Boston.”
This comes after she sparked concerns of a ‘mental health crisis’ at the Chateau Marmont early on Thursday morning. Shocking photos show the star being taken to emergency services barefoot and wrapped in a blanket.
