The new eatery, which will open sometime this summer, is billed on its website as “made by Manolo, eaten by Sofia.”
Manolo, who welcomed Sofia with her first husband and high school sweetheart Joe Gonzalez, is the chef behind the new venture.
At the chic new event for TOMA, Sofia, who described the restaurant as “our love letter to Latin American food,” exuded her trademark megawatt glamour.
The Modern Family superstar slipped into a slinky, sheer black ensemble with lace accents, putting her hourglass figure on full display.

Sofia served up a generous helping of cleavage via her plunging neckline and accentuated the look with an elaborate pair of earrings.
Manolo, meanwhile, looked dapper in a blue suit paired with a white shirt, seductively leaving a few top buttons undone.
As she continues to recover from recent knee surgery, Sofia can be seen holding one of her legs as she walks across the black carpet.
Although she didn’t reveal the reason for the surgery, she did reveal that the procedure was “major” and proved it with a photo of her long post-surgery scar.
Sofia, who split from her second husband Joe Manganiello last year, is currently in a relationship with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman.
In a recent Insta Story about her surgical recovery, she joked about having a surgeon with her at home amid her medical issues.
‘If you ever get a mayor [sic] knee surgery make sure you get a hot doctor who will sleep with you that night!!!!’ she wrote alongside a photo of Justin standing next to her bed. “Luv u Dr @jdsaliman,” she added with a heart emoji.
In addition to TOMA, Sofia and Manolo also promoted the new cooking competition program Celebrity Family Food Battle.

Manolo is the host of the program and on each episode he judges two different teams, each consisting of a celebrity and his or her family member.
Sofia and her niece Claudia were one of the duos who competed to demonstrate their skills in the kitchen during the premiere episode.
Other competitors in several other episodes include Ashlee Simpson and her sister-in-law Chudney Ross, as well as TikTok sister act Charli and Dixie D’Amelio.
Sofia’s latest outing comes shortly after she revealed the real reason why she and Joe decided to drop the curtain on their wedding.
‘My marriage failed because my husband was younger; he wanted to have children and I didn’t want to be an old mother,” she said.
‘I don’t think it’s fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s nothing for me anymore,” she explained to the Madrid newspaper El Pais.
