A shooting on a street in Akron, Ohio, left one man dead and 26 other people injured early Sunday morning, according to local news media reports.
The shooting reportedly happened after midnight near Kelly Avenue and 8th Avenue.
Initial reports said a 27-year-old man was killed while dozens of injured victims were taken to area hospitals.
Akron police and fire officials and a representative from the mayor’s office did not immediately respond to an email requesting additional information.
