DailyMail.com may have just come across the handsome sexagenarian’s secret fountain of youth: a smoothie and green juice from Pierre LaFond’s Marketplace in Montecito.

Rob has said that in addition to good genes, he also exercises regularly, sleeps a lot and follows the low-carb Atkins diet to maintain his youthful appearance.

But as these exclusive photos show, Rob’s post-workout routine includes a protein smoothie and green vegetable juice from the local hotspot in Montecito.

Customers fill out forms and tick which ingredients they want in their drinks – with the option to add immunity and digestion boosters.

DailyMail.com learned it that both he and his 32-year-old wife Sheryl, 62, are regulars at the juice bar.

In previous interviews, Rob said he sometimes allows himself to “cheat” with pizza, cheeseburgers, ice cream and nachos.

The former Brat Pack actor wore pink sweatshirts and blue sweatpants.

He tried to lie low wearing a baseball cap, but was easily recognized.

A female customer was heard saying to her son as she peeked around a corner, “I’m going to stop by and get a better look!”

She pretended to be talking on her phone as she strolled past the actor on a bench outside the market.

Rob – who was sipping his smoothie – seemed oblivious to the theater taking place around him.

What the shopper probably didn’t realize is that Rob is one of the friendliest stars in Montecito.

He has a reputation for being very approachable to anyone who says hello or wants a photo.

This is different from fellow famous local Ellen DeGeneres, who has been known to wave fans away without making eye contact or give a short speech about wanting her privacy.

He and Sheryl are known locally for flipping houses and making big profits.

They are currently staying in a huge beach house near Fernald Point Beach.

After years of successful films and TV shows, he enjoys his podcast ‘LITERALLY With Rob Lowe’.

He and Sheryl are parents to sons Matthew, 31, and John Owen, 29.

As busy as he was when his sons were growing up (starring in hit TV shows like The West Wing), a very down-to-earth Rob volunteered at his children’s private school, working in the cafeteria and serving food to the students and acting as a cross guard while wearing a bright orange vest.
