The doctor also explained that the fat transfer was performed to “restore volume to her midface, temples, earlobes and hands.”

As for how the RHONY alum’s recovery went, Dr. Savetsky that things went well with Zarin ‘exceptionally good.’

“She has minimal bruising and swelling, and I expect her results to continue to improve over the coming weeks as the swelling subsides,” he said.

Jill took to Instagram earlier this month to provide an update on her post-surgery progress.

With her head wrapped in a bandage, she told followers: “I’ve been a bit MIA even though I’m trying to post here and there. And I’m bravely sharing that I’ve had a lower facelift and some other minor adjustments.”

Jill continued, “I live my life openly and freely and that’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest.”

She explained that she opens up to social media because “I just want to share my story and my journey.

‘I don’t have a filter on. I’m at the Ritz-Carlton. It’s terrifying. If you want to recover, recover in a nice hotel,” the GOAT star revealed before giving a shout-out to Dr. Savetsky. “I have the most incredible doctor who has been seeing me once or twice a day, including the first night of surgery, which is unheard of, just to make sure I’m doing okay.”

Jill also told fans: “I had drains. They have been removed. I look more human. If I took this off, I would look much more human. But I just wanted to share my story and my journey. I will show the evolution of reality before, the day of and the days to come.’

One problem with her recovery was that she was “very tired” after her procedure.

‘The other thing is I got a fat graft in my hands because I hate my hands. And the worst part was that the lipo came out of my leg and filled my hands,” she added. “Believe it or not, this is the most pain I’ve ever been in.”

She concluded by telling her fans, “If you don’t, you’ll be fine. No real pain. But I’m tired; it could be due to the anesthesia.’

Jill elaborated on why she opted for extensive plastic facial rejuvenation in her video caption.

‘I’m back! Kind of? After seeing myself on The GOAT video on Amazon (I killed it this week btw!!), I decided I needed a lower facelift,” she wrote. ‘I also hated my hands and it added fat to my legs. They look great! My doctor saw me the first night after surgery which made me feel 1000 times better and then Saturday at 8am and 8pm and Sunday at 8am to remove the drainage so I don’t have to go to his office until Friday to get most to remove stitches.’

Comparing her doctor to others, Jill added, “Every surgeon has different techniques, medications, and bedside manners. They are all critical to asking for a successful outcome. I will continue to share updates.”

Dr. Saventsky took to the comments section to praise his patient, writing, “You look great just days after surgery! And I love your transparency! And thank you for your kind words.”
