Kanye West Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations from Former Yeezy Assistant Lauren Pisciotta

Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, has fervently denied allegations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination made by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta, who is also an OnlyFans model, has filed a lawsuit claiming that the rapper created a hostile work environment and engaged in several sexually inappropriate actions.

The lawsuit, filed by Pisciotta, outlines several serious accusations, including an incident where she claims West locked her in a room while he was masturbating. Pisciotta alleges that these actions contributed to her wrongful termination from her role as chief of staff at Yeezy, a position she was promoted to in September 2022 with a substantial salary increase.

In a statement provided to Page Six by his legal team, Ye has categorically denied these allegations, asserting that Pisciotta pursued him sexually with the intention of coercing employment and other material benefits. According to West’s lawyers, after her advances were rejected, Pisciotta attempted to extort him.

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” the statement reads. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”

The legal team further stated that Pisciotta was terminated due to her lack of qualifications, her demands for unreasonable sums of money, and various instances of inappropriate behavior. “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct,” the lawyers continued.

The statement from Ye’s legal team also includes specific allegations against Pisciotta, such as offering him sex on his birthday, sending unsolicited nude images, and engaging in inappropriate conduct like twerking in the office during business hours.

West’s lawyers accused Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail him, with demands escalating from $60 million last year to $50 million in her recent lawsuit filing. Pisciotta claims she was initially hired in July 2021 with a $1 million salary and was later promoted to chief of staff, a position for which she was promised a severance package of $3 million, a payment she alleges has not been fulfilled.

The high-stakes legal battle between the music mogul and his former assistant adds another chapter to the tumultuous public and legal challenges Ye has faced in recent years. As the case unfolds, it is sure to attract significant attention, given the high profiles of the individuals involved and the severity of the allegations.
