Heidi Klum celebrated her 51st birthday in style on social media, posting a heartwarming throwback to her Instagram page.
Her photo showed little Heidi as a baby in 1970s West Germany, where she was breastfed by her doppelgänger mother Erna Klum.
As background music, Heidi selected the 1976 Stevie Wonder song Isn’t She Lovely, which he wrote in honor of the birth of his own daughter Aisha Morris.
She also revealed on Instagram that day that she was treated to a family picnic for her big day, surrounded by festive pink balloons, including two that read ’51’.
The world-famous supermodel was joined by her husband Tom Kaulitz, 34, as well as her children Leni, 20, Henry, 18, Johan, 17, and Lou, 14.

Heidi had her three younger children with her ex-husband Seal, who also adopted Leni, the product of Heidi’s flirtation with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
Heidi posted a sweet photo of her loved ones around the table for her outdoor birthday lunch, writing: “Everything I could wish for.”
She also uploaded a cheerful snapshot of herself and Tom, the guitarist of German band Tokyo Hotel, sharing a romantic kiss as they toasted each other.
Heidi was also treated to social media tributes from her famous friends, including Paris Hilton, who posted an Insta Stories photo of them dancing together.
Sofia Vergara, Heidi’s fellow judge on America’s Got Talent and also a good friend, expressed her affection for the birthday boy on Instagram.
‘Feliz cumpleaños for the nicest and most beautiful girl in the world!!!!’ the Modern Family bombshell wrote, alongside a photo of her kissing Heidi’s shoulder on America’s Got Talent. ‘I love @heidiklum so much.’
Heidi has taken a good-humoured approach to aging, recently joking: ‘The good thing is that my eyesight is deteriorating and I can’t see everything as clearly anymore.’
She explained more sincerely how she deals with growing older: ‘I just accept it, you can’t do anything about it. Why think about it? It is what it is.’

Heidi’s age has received special attention because her husband, who, like her, comes from Germany, is a quarter of a century younger than her.
‘I’m 50 and no longer twenty. “I’m not a young girl who hasn’t experienced anything or has no idea about life,” she acknowledged Glamor Britain last year.
‘For me, time does not stand still and Tom will never catch up with me. I will always be sixteen years older, and I am aware of that,” Heidi continued.
‘I know I’ll look older than him sooner. Maybe in ten years it will be a problem for me, maybe he won’t like it anymore,’ she reflected.
‘In twenty years I will be seventy. Usually I make plans for the future, but together with my husband I live in the here and now,” said the German blonde.
