Christine Quinn would be welcome back on Selling Sunset in the wake of her divorce, Jason Oppenheim says

Christine Quinn got some good news when old boss Jason Oppenheim said she was welcome back to the Oppenheim Group

Christine Quinn, 35, has a lot on her plate at the moment with her divorce from Christian Dumontet, domestic abuse allegations and moving out of her marital home – while parenting her son Christian Georges, two.

But at least she doesn’t have to worry about how she’s going to pay the bills, as her former boss, 47-year-old Oppenheim Group co-founder Jason Oppenheim, has opened the door to her possible return to Selling Sunset.

‘I have nothing against her coming back. “I think everyone deserves a second chance,” he said TMZ. “I think I would participate, but that would be a group decision.”

But if all the people involved in that decision were for it, he would be “for it, if everyone else was,” adding that he’s had his fair share of second chances and calling Quinn “a dynamic woman.”

Quinn left the hit Netflix show after its fifth season in 2022, leaving a trail of scorched relationships in her path.

When Quinn left Selling Sunset, the intention was to start a new real estate venture in Crypto with her now estranged husband.

“I canceled my contract when the real estate business started,” she said People at the time. “I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to cancel the contract so I could transfer it to my brokerage.”

However, as Oppenheim told TMZ, “a lot of people” have to agree to hire Quinn back, including not only him and Oppenheim’s employees, but also Netflix and the production company.

But one person who has made it clear she would not agree with Quinn’s rehiring is Mary Bonnet, 43.

“I wish her all the best,” Mary said E! News at the Critics Choice Awards on June 15. “I feel really, really bad for what she went through and I want her to live her best life.”

But when it came to Christine rejoining the Oppenheim Group’s Sunset Strip office, Mary said, “I don’t think that’s going to happen.”

She explained that their recent reunion at the White Fox party was just a chance meeting.

“We just ran into each other and took a picture, so it kind of blew up that she’s coming back now.

As for Christine, since last year she has had no interest in returning to the reality TV show that made her famous.

“I have my girls who I absolutely love and I support them so much,” she shared E! News last year, “but for me, I don’t think I’ll watch the show just because I want to get to know them for what they are and not what they were edited for.”

She added that she would like to explore the world of scripted productions.

For me, I would love to get back into writing scripts,” she said, adding, “That’s what I would love to do, like Lady Gaga did with her career.”
