Hidden in the unincorporated community of Cloverdale, the 7,000-square-foot mansion was advertised by real estate agent Brian Ladd as “an iconic coastal estate and oasis.”
The property, which offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean as well as the Nestucca River and Bay, was auctioned without a minimum starting bid.
On May 3, the auction’s opening day, a bid of $2.5 million was placed. By the time the bidding window closed on May 16, the price had risen to $3.08 million.
