Angel Reese clashed with Naz Hillmon on Saturday night as her Chicago Sky team lost 89-80 to the Atlanta Dream in the WNBA – before being taunted by her rivals on social media.
After Hillmon blocked Reese’s chance to shoot with the score 78-75 to Atlanta in the fourth quarter, the two stared at each other as the ball bounced out of play.
Reese, as she turned away, appeared to say ‘what the fuck is wrong with you’ and the incident was picked up by fans watching on television.
One shared with X and wrote: Things are getting spicy between Angel Reese and Naz Hillmon.’
Another commented: “Really great defense from Naz Hillmon. She and Angel Reese had a fun battle in post today.”

Atlanta Dream even shared the clip twice on social media – with one posting a clip from a different angle with the caption: “Naz Hillmon didn’t…!”
Then they showed the aftermath of the confrontation and wrote, “WE KNOW THAT’S RIGHT, NAZ!”
Reese scored joint high with 13 points, but that wasn’t enough as her Sky team was defeated.
Reese was top scorer along with Kamilla Cardoso and Dana Evans, but Chennedy Carter failed to recapture her spectacular form in recent weeks with just four points from 15 minutes on the pitch.
It leaves the Chicago Sky at 4-6 on the season, while the Atlanta Dream is now at 5-4.
