Zac Brown is reportedly suing his estranged wife of four months, Kelly Yazdi, after they suddenly split in December.
And the 45-year-old singer wants a judge to force the 33-year-old model to delete an Instagram post he claims hurt him.
This is evident from court documents obtained by TMZZac has said the post violates confidentiality agreements she signed.
He reportedly thinks the temporary restraining order will force her to hit the delete button.
It is not known which post offended him. Most of her posts show her bikini body, her vacations or her hunting for wild animals.
It is also alleged that Brown has asked the judge to prevent the model from making “false, defamatory or otherwise harmful statements,” according to the site.

The rocker and model married in August and split in December, sharing a joint statement asking for privacy.
‘We are in the process of divorce. Our mutual respect for each other continues. We wish each other the best and will always value our time together,” the estranged duo shared TMZ.
“As we navigate this personal matter, we simply ask for privacy during this time.”
The news comes after the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Coweta County, Georgia, in late August.
It is not known when he asked the question.
“He proposed in Hawaii a while ago,” a source told People in December 2022. “It was very intimate and the couple kept it very private.”

Fans started gossiping about relationship problems when Kelly deleted her Instagram account late last year.
After reactivating it, she wiped Brown from her bio, deleted all their photos, and even unfollowed the Zac Brown Band singer.
The divorce is the second for Brown.
In 2018, Brown and then-wife Shelly revealed they were going their separate ways after 12 years of marriage.
