Lauren Goodger showed off her curves in figure-hugging black sportswear as she hit the gym in Essex on Sunday.
The reality star, 37, who is once again taking part in The Only Way Is Essex, didn’t let the sunny weather stop her working up a sweat as she headed for a grueling workout.
Lauren’s solo outing comes after she revealed the heartbreaking reason why her cosmetic surgery wasn’t reversed and admitted she regrets ever going under the knife.
The TV personality, who has undergone a Brazilian bum lift and boob job, showed off her curvaceous figure in a figure-hugging black high-neck cardigan, which she teamed with Lycra flares and white trainers.

Lauren then uploaded a photo as she headed to the tanning salon to lay on a tanning bed to top up her already tan.
The outing comes after Lauren recently revealed the heartbreaking reason why her cosmetic surgery wasn’t reversed, after admitting she wished she could go back to her natural look.
The reality star has always been open about the many enhancements she has undergone, including both a breast augmentation and a Brazilian butt lift.
After a breast enlargement in 2013, she transformed her breast size from 34D to 34E. Although Lauren said she loved how her breasts looked then, she feels different now.
In an interview with Closer, she admitted: ‘I wish I never had anything, I want it all out. My butt and breasts make me look bigger and cause pain. I want to turn it all around and go back to natural.”
Still, there’s one heartbreaking reason keeping Lauren from calling in a surgeon to remove her implants, as she admitted she was terrified of leaving her daughter Larose behind.

Lauren confessed, “I always look at surgeons and if I could I would have it all taken out today, but the thought of leaving Larose just gives me anxiety.”
The mother shares Larose with her ex-boyfriend Charles. The couple’s second child, Lorena, tragically died in July 2022 when she was born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.
Speaking about getting her natural look back, she said she wants to set a good example for Larose as she admitted that she looks like a different person in every photo of herself.
She continued, “When you have kids your boobs are going to explode! I have bumps and bumps all over and it feels heavy and uncomfortable… My butt is absolutely mahoosive!’
Last year Laurens admitted that she wanted to get rid of her BBL after her described it as ‘the worst experience’ of her life.
She said she desperately wanted to have a “natural butt” again, but wasn’t sure how to get it because “there is no procedure that can reverse the BBL.”
She added, “I’m not sure how I’m going to do that yet. I’m not sure if there is a procedure that can reverse the BBL. I’m looking into having the fat sucked out, but I don’t know if that’s an option. I’m going to talk to a lot of different surgeons and explore my options.”
Speaking about getting her natural look back, she said she wants to set a good example for Larose as she admitted that she looks like a different person in every photo of herself.
Meanwhile, the star is also no stranger to lip filler, but admitted that after this series of TOWIE finishes, her lips will be resolved.
In February 2023, she underwent the same ‘butterfly effect’ filling technique as Katie Price when she showed off her new pout.
She explained at the time: ‘I’ve just had the butterfly effect lip fillers from Lift Aesthetics, I’ve got the tape on at the moment so I’m talking really strangely.
‘I’m very swollen but it’s literally a new technique, it’s so amazing and I can’t wait to see the results.’
Lauren revealed that if Larose ever wants to go down the same route of cosmetic surgery, she will talk her out of it, as your body and face are constantly changing with age.
