    King Charles III today revealed he has lost his sense of taste during cancer treatment as he visited the Army Flying Museum in Hampshire.

    The monarch spoke to British army veteran Aaron Mapplebeck, who told Charles that he had undergone chemotherapy last year for testicular cancer.

    Mr Mapplebeck told how he lost his sense of taste – and the king revealed it had happened to him too.

    Buckingham Palace has not yet confirmed details of the king’s treatment.
