Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann will make separate trips to their shared bedroom closet during their divorce under a new court order.

A judge has ruled that the Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum, 45, and the former NFL star, 38, must adhere to a strict schedule when using the closet in their Georgia mansion, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday.

Kim has been given permission to enter their bedroom closet Monday through Friday, limited to the time frame of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Kroy is strictly prohibited from using the closet during these hours, meaning Kim has exclusive access. Although Kroy doesn’t have set hours, he can access his wardrobe before or after Kim’s designated time.

The new arrangement comes nearly six months after a judge ordered Kim to remain in the basement/nanny room of their home, while Kroy remained upstairs in the master bedroom.

Friday’s report also follows news that the former couple are set to lose their home as their lender has issued a foreclosure warning unless legal action is taken.

In January, the duo lowered the price of the mansion to $4.5 million after initially putting it on the market for $6 million in October.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, and retired NFL player, 38, have been notified that the bank plans to initiate non-judicial foreclosure proceedings on or after May 3, according to the outlet .

The date mentioned does not prescribe an immediate deportation for Kim and Kroy, but it does mean the start of legal proceedings.

Amid rising interest rates and a sluggish real estate market, the couple tried to expedite the sale of the home.

The sale of the house came as a judge ordered Kim to live in the basement of the Georgia home amid the ugly divorce battle.

In an effort to keep the peace while the couple still shares a home, the judge ruled that Kim would have to remain in the basement/nanny’s quarters, while the former NFL star would be upstairs in the first bedroom.

“Neither party may enter the other party’s individually assigned space in the marital home without permission,” the documents read.

However, Kim and Kroy were allowed to roam freely in the common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, of the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, which they bought in 2012 for $880,000.

The judge also ordered the couple to behave civilly toward each other in an effort to protect the couple’s four young children: Kroy “KJ,” 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.

“Neither parent shall defame the other parent in the presence or earshot of the minor children,” the documents say.

Another provision stated that neither parent may listen in on the other parent’s time with the children, and the children may not be used as messengers between the parents.

Kroy had also legally adopted Kim’s two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21

The judge’s order comes just days after Kim and Kroy officially put their lavish Georgia mansion on the market ahead of a planned bankruptcy in November.

The home – which was featured in the Bravo spin-off series Don’t Be Tardy – features 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and amenities such as a pool, wine cellar, arcade and movie theater.

Drama has surrounded the couple’s home in the past, such as the estate that was wrongly listed for $3.2 million earlier this month.

In February, their house was reportedly foreclosed on and was set to be auctioned in March. However, Kim denied the claims and told an insider People at the time the couple took ‘action’ to resolve any issues.

In legal papers Kroy filed in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player asked the court to allow him to move forward in marketing the family’s mansion in Milton, Georgia, stating that it was on the verge of foreclosure.

The NFL alum made accusations against Kim after she called the police on their Milton, Georgia, mansion on May 4, ahead of his first divorce filing.

The allegations about Kim’s gambling losses were seen in a Milton Police Department bodycam video after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.

During the incident, Kim told police that Kroy had locked a stash of valuables she owned worth $175,000 in a safe, including designer wallets and jewelry, and hid the key from her.

Kroy said he believed the consignment of property fell under the community property classification, adding: “The problem is that these are the assets, there are no [other] possessions to go to.”

He also told officers that they had been sleeping in the same bed but had not had any contact with each other.

In July, news broke that the reality TV couple had decided not to split and had withdrawn their divorce papers in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia. They were spotted shortly before attending a church in Atlanta together.

After the second divorce filing, a source came forward People earlier this month that both Kim and Kroy are “still under the same roof,” but revealed that all was far from well, adding, “it’s a money war right now.”

Despite living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple is “not trying to get back together.”

In the first two months after their breakup — during which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children — Kim and Kroy sparred in court documents.

Kim said Kroy smokes marijuana, which lends credence to his ability to raise their children; while Kroy claimed Kim’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
