Rumors of a secret romance between the 27-year-old Queenslander and the pineapple farmer have been circulating since 30-year-old Bert chose to leave the show as a single man this week.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Lauren told followers that she is still single and has not seen Bert since leaving the reality hit during filming in April.
Lauren posted a photo of a beach along with her lengthy statement, saying, “I just wanted to make a quick announcement for those invested in FWAW.”

She added that she was “very single” and told fans that her “person was out there.”
Lauren continued, “I wish B all the best! Thank you for all the kind words and overwhelming support. It was so unexpected, but it meant the world to me.”

He then made the difficult decision to leave the reality series without choosing any of his ladies.
‘When I had this experience, I was looking for someone to share my life with. “I think all the girls are great, but I don’t have the ability to be in a relationship right now,” he said.
‘I just don’t have the emotional time to be the person people deserve. That is the reality,” he added.
‘Saying goodbye is quite difficult for me. It always hurts, but I know deep down that this was the right choice for me. I was completely open to the idea of falling in love.”
