A man and a two-year-old boy were found dead in a home.
NSW Police conducted a welfare check at a unit on College Street in East Lismore, on the far north coast of NSW, at 9.45pm on Sunday.
A 38-year-old man and a two-year-old boy were found dead in the home.
Detectives have established a crime scene and started an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
